Junior ERP Implementer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ERP Implementer to join our growing ERP team at MiTHAQ.
The ideal candidate will assist in ERP system implementation projects, support client requirements gathering, provide user training, and help ensure successful project delivery.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Max 2 years of experience in ERP implementation or business software support.
Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accounting, inventory, HR, or CRM processes is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, ERPNext, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
